In support of all lending areas, performs complex administrative tasks including quality control, file maintenance, and reporting. Performs receptionist duties including greeting and assisting customers as well as answering the phones.
Perform quality control on all residential and consumer loans.
Track and follow up on loan discharges.
Maintain insurance tracking for homeowners’, auto, and flood insurance., Update database, send notifications on cancellations, scan and file proof of insurance, and send appropriate correspondence to customers and or other interested parties as required.
Procure weekly rate indexes; review ARM changes, maintain ARM history documentation.
Procure competitor mortgage rates to complete weekly Rate Analysis Spreadsheet.
Review file maintenance and exception reports and communicate with the entire Loan Servicing Department as to corrections needed.
Monitor past due mortgage accounts and mail past due notices to customers.
Track and process all incoming invoices.
Provide administrative support to the VP, Retail Lending.
Assist with various projects as needed.
Answer all incoming phone calls and greets and direct customers in a professional, positive manner.
Sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing mail on a daily basis.
Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
